Over the past decade, the Buffalo Bills uniforms have become the ugliest, most scatter-brained pieces of dried fecal matter in the NFL. This was a uniform designed for a bad prank on an NFL Europa team. The jersey sported a wayward and utterly pointless blue stripe over and around the top of the pads and a jersey with a vertical side stripe than didn't even attempt to flow smoothly into the stripe on the pants. Throw in an utterly hideous number font bordered like a bad University logo smack dab in the middle of yet another color of blue and you have pure chaos! Thank God the Bills finally changed their uniforms to the much cleaner and far more classic looking 2011 uniforms. No longer will fans have to pity both the players and themselves while watching the players run out of the tunnel looking like sentinels from the X-Men cartoons!
The new 2011 uniforms are much improved and, to the delight of eyeballs everywhere, are much simpler! On behalf of all NFL fans, I salute the Bills for finally pulling their heads from their nether regions and realizing that the view out here wasn't much better! Now if they can stop completely sucking this year, that would be an even more welcomed change for the fans in Buffalo.
